Based on the DuFour PLC model, our PLC is a team of individuals who are engaged in an ongoing process of working collaboratively on a routine, consistent basis of collective inquiry and action research to increase achievement for all communities served by the PLC members.  What does that mean? We work together to constantly search for best practices to use in a team investigation of evidence-based, community learning.
